Tuesday’s work
Math: Algebra
Objective: “I can solve for an unknown function.”
Tools: Math textbook, pencil and paper
Directions:
1. Complete day 2, word problem, Making Change- Nathan and lollipops.
2. Watch mini video by Mrs. Miller on seesaw, look for sample student, under journal
3. Complete math txtbk p. 447, 8-13
4. Short answer: What is the relationship between the rule, the input, and the output in a function table.
* be ready to share work during small groups today
Reading: Building Knowledge
Objective: “ I can build knowledge by reading a variety of articles.”
Directions:
1. Article a Day (Learning about the Planets) read and complete Book of Knowledge.
2. Read The Ever Changing Sky and complete the question set.
Religion: Re- read pages 146-147 for today’s small group.
Handwriting: Begin to work on handwriting daily. Goal is to complete one lesson a week.
Science: Space and Technology
Objective: “ I can identify how old the earth is.”
Tools: ipad, pencil and paper
Directions: Watch the mini lesson on the link below. Write a summary of the lesson, including the main idea, supporting details and an interesting fact. Then submit your summary on Seesaw.
