Monday’s Work

Mr. Maranise came by to teach us about the Holy Feast of the Cross and to bless our class. Mr. Maranise is the middle school religion teacher and he is a board certified chaplain and spiritual theologian.

Homework:

Reading: Author’s Purpose skill sheet

Vocabulary: Read and Annotate pages 16-17

Math: wkbk. P. 16 problems 7 and 8

IXL Skills: Math B.2 and ELA C.1 due next Monday

Reminder: Science Project due this Wednesday; Symmetry in Nature

RQ, IXL, Homework

IXL: Students will be assigned IXL skills daily in language arts and math. Completion of IXL assignments is mandatory and counts as a grade. R.Q.: Fourth graders will be required to read one RQ book on their grade level per month. This assignment will also count as a grade in Reading. They can read as many books as they want, and I will take the highest grade. Homework: Assignments will be posted on the blog daily. Students are responsible to record IXL and homework assignments in their student agenda book.
